Salary: $30,000 – $41,000 per month Searoad Ferries is seeking a Seasonal Casual Customer Service Attendant to support frontline operations at the Queenscliff/Sorrento terminals. You will assist passengers with ticketing, respond to inquiries, handle cash and EFTPOS, and help ensure smooth vehicle flow and safety in the terminal.
You will work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays, liaising with vessel crew and other staff to deliver a friendly, effective, and secure experience for visitors.
