Eastern Creek Smash Repairs is seeking a talented and experienced Motor Vehicle Spray Painter to join our team on a full time basis. Based in Arndell Park, NSW, this role is integral to the success of our well-established automotive repair business. As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spray painting services for a range of vehicle makes and models.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and painting vehicle panels, bumpers and other components to the highest standards
Stripping, sanding, and priming surfaces prior to application of paint finishes
Mixing paint colours to achieve precise colour matching
Ensuring all work meets industry regulations and safety standards
Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients throughout the repair process
Contributing to a cooperative team environment and supporting colleagues as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Vehicle Spray Painter
Strong technical skills in automotive spray painting, including in-depth knowledge of paints, primers, and application techniques
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and customer service skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of the business
