About Us

First Aid Coach Group Australia (RTO 46588) is one of Recent South Wales’ leading first aid training providers. We’re expanding and looking for passionate, engaging trainers to join our skilled and supportive team.

This role is primarily based at our Liverpool & Alexandria training centre, with regular prospects to deliver onsite training at client workplaces across Sydney. We provide all teaching materials, equipment, and uniforms.

Qualifications & Experience
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
Current First Aid competencies (HLTAID009/011/012)
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Friendly,



qualified, and engaging training style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Well-presented, organised, and reliable
Available to work on weekends is essential
Background in first aid or healthcare is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, engaging First Aid and CPR training
Create a supportive and interactive learning environment
Ensure all sessions meet RTO and compliance standards
Travel to client sites across Sydney as required
