The Role

We are seeking bartenders who can confidently deliver high-quality beverages while bringing energy and personality to the floor.

This is more than just making drinks — we want team members who can engage with guests, upsell confidently, and contribute to the atmosphere of the venue.

Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to a high standard
Maintaining a clean, organised, and effective bar
Delivering warm and engaging customer service
Assisting with beverage recommendations and upselling
Supporting floor staff during busy service periods
Opening and closing bar procedures




Restocking and maintaining bar presentation
Assisting management with maintaining service standards

What We’re Looking For
Previous cocktail or restaurant bar experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced team environment
Positive attitude and professional presentation
Passion for food, wine, and hospitality
Availability across nights and weekends
RSA required
