Supporting Lives Disability Services is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Disability & Aged Care Support Workers to join our growing team across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal care and daily living support
Domestic assistance and light cleaning
Community access and social support
Transport to appointments and activities
Meal preparation
Supporting clients to maintain independence and achieve their goals

Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR
Australian Driver’s Licence
Reliable vehicle preferred
Police Check
Valuable communication skills
Reliable, respectful and compassionate
Previous disability or aged care experience preferred

Employment Type: Casual We welcome support workers from diverse cultural and language backgrounds. Versatile shifts are available across different Sydney locations.
