Our client, a global leader in project and facilities management, is seeking experienced specialists to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre portfolio across Sydney. This is a rare chance to join a high-performing team delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure for one of the world's largest technology organisations.

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals across the following disciplines:
Construction Managers
QA/QC Specialists
Cost Managers
Project Coordinators (GCM)
Integration Managers

Key Responsibilities

Construction Managers
Lead the protected and successful delivery of data centre construction projects.
Manage contractors, project schedules, quality outcomes, and stakeholder engagement.
Drive project performance from planning through to commissioning.

QA/QC Specialists
Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes.
Conduct inspections, audits,



and compliance reviews across all project phases.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Cost Managers
Manage cost planning, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
Support change management and financial governance throughout project delivery.
Provide strategic cost advice to project stakeholders.

Project Coordinators (GCM)
Support project controls, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Assist project leadership teams in maintaining project governance and delivery objectives.
Ensure effective communication across multiple workstreams and contractors.

Integration Managers
Coordinate interfaces between design, construction, commissioning, and operational teams.
Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate issue resolution.
Support seamless project integration and readiness outcomes.
