Caring Arms Australia is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to manage a caseload across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Maitland regions. You will help participants understand and utilise their NDIS plans, connect with supports, and navigate barriers to goals.
The role requires 1–2+ years in support coordination, a relevant Diploma/TAFE, and robust knowledge of NDIS plans, funding and reporting. Primarily work-from-home with occasional Wyong office visits; adaptable for part time
