We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and hands-on customer service representative. This is a agile role that is responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar and administration & membership sales., * Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues promptly.
Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel accessories and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Demonstrate Solid understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings
Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages
Maintain cleanliness and uptake of facility and workstations
Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records
Assisting in Events/Promotions and Class offerings
