Mt Bera is seeking passionate and reliable team members to join our Restaurant, Cellar Door and Kitchen operations in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. We’re a family-owned vineyard known for our warm hospitality, certified organic wines and relaxed dining experience. With a busy year ahead, we’re growing our team and looking for Adelaide Hills locals who enjoy working with food, wine and people.

About the Roles
These roles involve delivering exceptional customer experiences across food, wine and service. Shifts may include weekday and weekend work. Mt Bera is open 7 days a week, so flexibility and weekend availability are essential.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, positive and skilled attitude
Solid customer service and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods
Previous hospitality, cellar door or kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential
