We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering a positive and seamless patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and recalls
Responding to patient enquiries and coordinating treatment schedules
Processing payments, HICAPS claims, and health fund transactions
Maintaining accurate patient records using practice management software
Liaising with dentists and clinical staff to ensure effective workflow
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment
