The Role

Reporting to the Site Leader, this role will lead the site's packing and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable execution across packing, inventory and dispatch.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the packing and warehouse team and drive daily performance
Oversee packing, storage, inventory and dispatch activities
Coordinate weekly packing requirements with production and planning
Manage daily outbound loads and warehouse movements
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure effective SAP transactions
Troubleshoot packing equipment and improve packing efficiency
Coordinate labour and resources to meet operational requirements
Drive continuous improvement across packing and warehouse processes
Identify and resolve operational issues impacting service or productivity
Build team capability, accountability and engagement

Your Background





This role suits an experienced Warehouse, Packing or Operations Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing, logistics or a similar operational workplace.

You will also have the following skills & experience:
5+ years' experience across warehouse, packing, logistics or manufacturing
Previous experience leading a small operational team
Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory and dispatch processes
Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system
Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills
Technically minded with an ability to troubleshoot automated equipment
Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
Hands-on, flexible and willing to support operations when required
Food, FMCG, ingredients or manufacturing experience is highly regarded
