Key Responsibilities
Manage residential lending opportunities from enquiry through to settlement
Assist clients with purchasing, refinancing and wealth creation strategies
Conduct client reviews and identify future opportunities
Build and maintain referral partner relationships
Deliver exceptional client outcomes
Maintain strong compliance and professional standards
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 2 years mortgage broking experience
Can confidently manage lending applications with minimal supervision
Takes ownership and accountability for results
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Enjoys working as part of a team
