Civil Project Manager (Remediation / Heavy Civil)

Permanent Full-Time | Perth based with some regional travel

Project: $10M–$15M A well-established, privately owned contractor (industrial, civil and environmental works) is seeking an experienced Perth-based Civil Project Manager to lead complex remediation and heavy civil projects.

This is a senior delivery role for a solid operator who can drive protected, efficient and commercially successful outcomes while building trusted relationships with clients, regulators, subcontractors and internal teams.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across planning through to completion, ensuring contractual, environmental and regulatory requirements are met, and that outcomes are achieved across cost, schedule, safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project delivery across scope, budget, schedule and performance
Project execution plans, methodologies, risk assessments and delivery strategies
Commercial management including forecasting, procurement and contract administration




Managing project resources, subcontractors and site teams
WHSEQ leadership and regulatory compliance
Stakeholder management with clients, regulators and delivery partners
Reporting, governance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement
Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities

Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience delivering complex civil/soil remediation, industrial, demolition or infrastructure projects
Strong capability across planning, delivery and commercial outcomes
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
Strong understanding of WHSEQ and compliance in regulated settings
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar

Pronto (ERP)
P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Expert Estimator (highly regarded)
