Chef – Full-Time Position

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of qualified chef experience.

Experience in a café, restaurant, or similar kitchen setting.

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.

Valuable understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.

Available to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to menu standards.

Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Assist with menu preparation and kitchen organisation.

Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.

Manage food stock and minimise wastage.

Follow food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years required.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
