About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Casual Team Leader to join our disability services team in Perth.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to Disability Support Workers while helping ensure clients receive protected, person-centred and high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Disability Support Workers.
Coordinate day-to-day team activities and shift requirements.
Assist with staff communication and shift coordination.
Support staff to follow client support plans and organisational procedures.
Monitor documentation, case notes and incident reporting.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Promote NDIS compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients, families and stakeholders.
Assist with resolving day-to-day issues and concerns.

About You
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or Disability Support Worker.




Relevant Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or similar.
Good understanding of NDIS practices and requirements.
Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Police Check and relevant mandatory training.
Current Australian driver's licence.
