About the role La Vita Care is seeking an experienced senior Registered Nurse / Clinical Nurse Consultant to help strengthen clinical practice capability for complex and high-intensity disability supports. This is a clinical practice development and advisory role, not primarily a direct nursing role.

Key responsibilities
Work with individual complex clients to understand their clinical requirements
Develop transparent and practical Health Management Plans and worker guidance
Support staff education, practical training and competency
Help strengthen high-intensity clinical practice framework, including policies and practice standards
Develop templates and clinical documentation
Establish staff education and competency frameworks
Contribute to ongoing clinical governance





About you
Registered Nurse with senior-level experience
Previously worked in complex disability, community care or high-intensity supports
Experience with enteral feeding/PEG, ventilation/respiratory support, dysphagia/mealtime management and other NDIS high-intensity supports
Previously built or led clinical practice systems within disability or complex community care
Practical experience and established approaches in complex disability support
