Sydney Showground is offering an apprenticeship for aspiring chefs to develop skills across larder, grill, pastry and banquets while supporting live events. You will work nights, weekends, and major events as part of a dedicated culinary team, mentored while you complete Cert III Commercial Cookery.
This role requires a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice (or RPL) with solid knife skills, clean presentation and a proactive attitude.
