To support the day to day operation of the play center, ensuring a safe, clean and fun environment for children and families. Team members place a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, supervising play areas, hosting birthday parties, and assisting in the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Host birthday parties
Assist in the cafe ( taking orders, serving food/drinks, basic food prep )
Clean and reset party rooms, tables and play equipment.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including child safety policies.
Work collaboratively with the team and follow instructions from supervisor
Who we're Looking for:
Age 16 + (we welcome junior staff and provide training)
Friendly, energetic, and positive with kids
Reliable and able to follow instructions
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-energy environment
Available on weekends and during school holidays (our busiest times)
Willing to learn and help in all areas of the center
