What we are looking for
Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams and daily operations in a hospitality
Exceptional customer service focus, with experience overseeing multiple venues or operational areas while delivering high service standards and memorable guest experiences
Knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and cocktail menu development
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation; First Aid and CPR qualifications are highly regarded
Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays
