We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident behind the bar, works well in a quick-paced restaurant environment, and provides friendly, professional service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks and other beverages to a consistently high standard.
Work efficiently during busy restaurant and bar service periods.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar at all times.
Complete opening, closing and restocking duties.
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or ordering requirements to management.
Follow correct procedures for handling, storing and rotating beverage stock.
Maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Comply with all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue policies.
Identify and appropriately manage intoxication and other RSA-related situations.
Contribute positively to the team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
The successful applicant must have:
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant,
bar or hospitality environment.
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
Availability to work nights and weekends, including Friday and Saturday evenings.
Flexibility to work additional shifts for functions, events and peak trading periods where required.
Reliability, punctuality and a skilled attitude.
Robust knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and basic cocktail preparation.
Confidence working independently behind the bar.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to remain organised and efficient during busy service periods.
Strong attention to detail and presentation.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
