BrewDog Australia in Brisbane’s Murarrie site seeks a Head Brewer to lead brewing and liquid production. This hands-on leadership role combines deep brewing knowledge with people leadership, commercial thinking and a relentless focus on quality.
You’ll manage recipes, raw materials, fermentation, maturation and release, drive safety and HACCP, and collaborate across Supply Chain, Quality, Sales and Marketing while expanding the site’s beverage platform.
