Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) at ATS Friendly Resume Writers. The individual in this role will support the analysis of business processes related to resume writing, ATS optimization, and client service workflows.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data and client feedback, and identifying prospects to improve services, templates, and internal tools. The role involves collaborating with writers, marketers, and leadership to translate business needs into clear process enhancements and basic reporting.

The Business

Analyst will also assist in creating documentation, maintaining process maps, and contributing to small-scale projects that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, document findings,



and propose process improvements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Business Process to understand, map, and refine workflows related to service delivery.
Candidates should possess the ability to define and manage Business Requirements for tools, templates, and client-facing services.
Basic understanding of ATS, recruitment processes, or resume-writing services is beneficial.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field is advantageous.
Detail-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
