We are a Greek Restaurant with 4 locations across Melbourne, soon to be 5. Our people play a major part in our success and that's why we want our people to be our brand ambassadors. You need to love serving guests and providing a true hospitality experience.

We are a high volume restaurant environment, so we are seeking vibrant, agile and hard-working staff who would add to the overall environment for our restaurant.

To be successful you will have:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Making and pouring drinks including cocktails
Making coffee
Controlling stock and ordering stock as required
Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
Respond efficiently to all customer enquiries





SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as a Bar person (Essential)
You need to have excellent service standards and engaging customer-oriented approach.
Eligibility to work in Australia
The ability to demonstrate superior team playing skills
The ability to work in a rapid paced and busy setting
A passion for customer service
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Valid RSA Certificate
Wine and Greek food knowledge will be highly regarded, but not essential
Must be available Friday and Saturday Nights
