This exciting current venue operates under the Don Hodge Group/Hodge Hotels banner, joining an established portfolio of venues across Sydney, Newcastle, and regional NSW. We have the nearby East Hills Hotel and if additional hours is something you are looking for we can discuss a schedule which incorporates tasks at both venues.

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Bar/Cellar/Stock Person to join our team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at our awesome pub.

About the Role:

This hands-on role is vital to the day-to-day operations of the venue. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cellar, managing stock, and ensuring the bar is fully equipped and operating efficiently. You’ll work closely with the management and bar teams to support smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and clean the cellar, including beer line cleaning




Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking
Receive, rotate, and store deliveries accurately and efficiently
Ensure bar areas are stocked and ready for service
Assist with minor maintenance and venue cleanliness as needed
Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but training can be provided to the right candidate
Physically fit and able to manage manual handling tasks (e.g. kegs, boxes)
Robust attention to detail and positive organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
A current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one
