This role is responsible for managing transactions related to aftermarket and additional products, including supplier payments, account reconciliations, and coordination between SG Fleet teams and suppliers. It also ensures clear communication and efficient management of standard and non-standard supplier activities.
Job Requirements
Demonstrated experience engaging and working collaboratively with internal/external suppliers and customers
Intermediate Microsoft skills, in particular Microsoft Excel. Good numerical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong prioritisation and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple competing tasks, simultaneously
Valuable problem solving and critical thinking skills, follows up through to resolution
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with relevant SG Fleet business units to facilitate accurate transaction processing and ensure correct recording of payment information
Work with relevant SG Fleet business units to coordinate installation and deinstallation of aftermarket equipment post vehicle delivery
Collect, analyse, and interpret data sets to generate meaningful insights
Complete regular tasks in relation Aftermarket installations, both during installation, removal and ongoing administration
Initiate, develop and maintain productive and beneficial relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally
Proactively explore opportunities for improvement and assist in identifying process improvement
