Acenda Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Case Consultant to join our Group Claims team. In this customer-facing role, you'll manage a portfolio of TPD claims from assessment through finalisation, delivering fair, timely outcomes for customers.
You'll work closely with claimants, solicitors, trustees and internal stakeholders to assess complex information, make sound decisions and ensure claims are managed under industry and regulatory requirements.
