My Guardian is seeking a motivated Client Intake Officer to join our Queensland team. You will be the key contact for prospective clients and their families, guiding them through intake and decision-making, with a focus on face-to-face engagement.
Work with the QLD BDM team to convert enquiries into clients, manage referrals via My Aged Care and NDIS portals, and maintain accurate CRM records while supporting care delivery.
