Auto One are Australia's largest independent automotive parts supplier.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for all things automotive, solid communication skills, and a desire to deliver excellent customer service in a rapid-paced retail environment. Automotive experience an advantage but not essential as full on-the-job training is provided.

Some weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities
Interpret and identify automotive parts accurately for retail and trade customers
Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
Use electronic catalogues and supplier systems to source parts
Process sales, quotes, orders, and invoices efficiently
Assist with stock control, inventory management, and merchandising
Maintain robust relationships with suppliers and customers
Support workshop and trade enquiries with technical parts advice
Ensure the store is presented professionally and safely at all times

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
