To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will:
Have a passion for baking
Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
Be a morning person! Some shifts commence from 4 am
Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning current skills
Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty
Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster.
Have basic literacy and numeracy skills
At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for:
Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
Providing delightful customer service when required
Assisting with stock control and production expenses
Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent Pay: $18.00 – $36.41 per hour
