We’re looking for an organised and proactive Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day management of a busy rental portfolio.
In this role, you’ll assist with routine inspections, maintenance coordination, lease administration, tenant communication, and rent arrears management. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants while supporting our Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and complete condition reports
Manage maintenance requests and follow up work orders
Monitor and action rent arrears
Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and tenant sign-ups
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Support dispute resolution and general tenancy matters
Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
About You
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is a must
A current driver’s licence
Solid organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
