General commercial and contractual disputes
Corporate and shareholder disputes
ACL claims and regulatory investigations and prosecutions
Leasing and property‑related disputes
Defamation matters

The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with senior practitioners on client development and practice growth initiatives.

You will be a capable and commercially minded litigator with:
2+ years’ post‑admission experiencein litigation and dispute resolution
Experience gained in a comparable firm environment
Solid technical skills and sound commercial judgement
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach




Excellent client service skills
Strong written, oral and organisational capabilities
