Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of business clients across multiple industries
Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship
Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS
Assist partners with advisory and tax planning projects
Liaise directly with clients to deliver high-quality service and advice
Play a key role in process improvement and client strategy
About You
CA qualified (or equivalent)
5+ years’ experience in business services or tax within public practice
Strong technical knowledge across accounting and taxation
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Desire to move into a leadership/manager role within the next 6 months
Confident mentoring junior team members and managing workflow
