SMAART Recruitment is once again partnering with a well-established medical hair centre to find aClient Retention & Growth Specialist to join their team in Brisbane.
This is a consultative sales roleoffering the prospect to work autonomously while playing a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey.
This position is a combination of customer service, account management and consultative sales. You'll take ownership of your patients, supporting them across their treatment journey while driving retention, re-enrolment and overall clinic growth.
About the role & responsibilities:
Managing and nurturing existing patients throughout their treatment journey
Conducting progress reviews and guiding next steps
Driving re-enrolments and ongoing engagement
Owning follow-ups, conversions, and outcomes
Supporting day-to-day clinic operations (CRM, payments, scheduling)
Why this role?
Permanent part-time position offering work-life balance with a consistent Tuesday-Saturday schedule
Weekdays 9:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
$60,000 + Super
1% commission on clinic sales OTE $90k

Experience in consultative sales, retention or customer service
You are adaptable and able to balance empathy with commercial outcomes
Transparent, confident and engaging communication skills
Able to build rapport and trust
High E.I. and great at offering guidance in sensitive conversations
