Ideagen is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing mid‑market customers. You will own the full sales cycle from onboarding through to contract renewal and expansion, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value across the Ideagen platform suite.
The role requires experience in SaaS sales, proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot, and a consultative approach to identify upsell prospects. This is a hybrid role with three days in the Sydney office.
