Xplor Education is seeking an Implementation Manager, Software on a 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end onboarding, migrations and offboarding across Xplor, Discover, QikKids and MyWaitlist, ensuring a seamless setup for early childhood educators.
You will coach the Onboarding Team Lead and Specialists, drive KPI outcomes, collaborate with Sales, Product and Billing, and optimize processes for faster, higher quality customer adoption.
