Working closely with John, you’ll play an integral role across the entire sales process. From prospecting and generating current business to managing buyer and vendor relationships, you’ll be involved in every stage of the campaign. You’ll attend open homes and private inspections, follow up with buyers and sellers, assist with listings, appraisals and negotiations, and help maintain a strong and growing database. The role will also provide you with the chance to build your knowledge, reputation and network throughout Beaumont Hills and the surrounding suburbs.
Key responsibilities
Supporting the day-to-day management of the sales campaign
Prospecting and generating new business
Calling and following up buyers and vendors
Attending open homes and private inspections
Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
Maintaining and developing a solid database
Preparing for listings, appraisals and campaigns
Assisting with negotiations and sales administration
Developing your knowledge and profile across Beaumont Hills and surrounding suburbs
About you
Driven, energetic and highly motivated
Confident and professional with excellent communication skills
Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
Organised, reliable and willing to work hard
Hungry to learn and develop within real estate
Competitive and motivated by achieving results
A team player who takes pride in their work
Previous real estate experience is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic are just as important
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is highly desirable
