Design & Build are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well regarded residential builder delivering high end renovations, extensions, and current builds valued up to $8m across Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs.

Key responsibilities
Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
Monitoring project costs,
tracking budgets, and providing regular financial reports
Working closely with clients, architects, site teams, and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment
Supporting the wider team with commercial and ad hoc project requirements as needed
Requirements
Minimum five years Contract Administration experience
Proven experience working across multiple high end home or apartments projects valued $5m+
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
Positive and proactive attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
