We are looking to bring multiple commissioning engineers on board over the coming months.
Triton Solutions is expanding its automation team and is currently seeking Controls Commissioning Engineers to support upcoming large-scale materials handling and logistics automation projects in Melbourne Australia.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on commissioning PLC-controlled machinery, troubleshooting automation systems, and deploying high-performance industrial control solutions.

What You'll Be Working On:
You will be involved in the testing, commissioning and deployment of electrical control systems used in advanced logistics and material handling settings.
Responsibilities include:
Testing and commissioning automation systems on customer sites
PLC commissioning and troubleshooting
Validation and testing of machine safety systems
Preparation and completion of commissioning documentation
Interpreting electrical schematics and control panel layouts
Supporting system integration and commissioning activities
What We're Looking For:
Degree qualified in Electrical / Mechatronics / Controls Engineering or similar
3+ years experience with Siemens S7-1500 PLC systems
Experience commissioning Profinet networks
Experience with Siemens integrated safety systems
Experience working with VSDs, barcode scanners and industrial safety devices
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability during commissioning
Ability to work in project-based engineering environments
Passion for hands-on testing and setup of automated machinery
Experience in materials handling automation or warehouse systems is highly desirable but not essential.
