AXTON Finance is an established boutique Melbourne brokerage built over more than 20 years advising time poor professionals, business owners, medicos, expats, investors and first home buyers. We are looking for an experienced mortgage broker to own client relationships end to end, backed by a practice that reduces the administrative drag.
Key responsibilities
Own client relationships end to end with great support
Manage a excellent mix of regular and complex deal flows: PAYG, self employed, expats, trusts and company structures, SMSF etc
Develop and manage lead flow through AXTON's marketing and referral network, alongside what you can bring and build yourself
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and use systems effectively
About you
Solid communicator who is comfortable with time-poor specialists, HNW clients and nervous first time buyers and investors
Minimum three years' mortgage industry experience, or equivalent bank lending and credit background
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking essential
Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management highly regarded
Adaptable, commercially minded, and able to think on your feet
Disciplined pipeline management and a bias towards using systems rather than working around them

Base salary plus super and uncapped commission, OTE $150,000+ total package with significant headroom beyond.
