An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading Tier 1 builder working across an impressive portfolio of major projects in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in ensuring project documentation is accurately managed, controlled and distributed throughout the project lifecycle.

As Document Controller, you will be responsible for:
Managing and maintaining project documentation and registers
Controlling the distribution, review and approval of project documents
Ensuring documentation is accurately filed and maintained
Managing document workflows and version control
Supporting Project Managers, Engineers and the wider project team
Coordinating documentation between internal teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients
Ensuring project records are maintained in line with company procedures
Assisting with reporting, audits and general project administration as required

We are looking for someone with:




Previous experience in a Document Control role within construction or civil
Experience working on major projects
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
The ability to manage high volumes of documentation and competing priorities
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Aconex, Procore or similar document management systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A proactive and hands-on approach
