Introduction: We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer on a permanent full-time basis for a recognised NFP Organisation. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers. It’s a driven and collaborative setting, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. You will report to the Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities:
Entering invoices in the system
Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
Validation of invoices and subcontractor reconciliations
Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system
Vendor and supplier reconciliations
Variance analysis
Other administration & accounts duties where required

What experience will you have:




4+ years in the accounting domain
Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
ORACLE experience is PREFERRED
Coming for a telecommunication background is preferred
Having a proactive and steady approach
