Manufacturing - Sheet Metal & Fabrication. Day Shift Training to Permanent Afternoon Shift. Path to Permanent Role.

Looking to build a long-term career in fabrication and welding? Our client is expanding their team and seeking a reliable, hands-on Fabricator/Welder to manufacture busbars from sheet metal, reading drawings, cutting, forming, welding, and assembling components to spec.

What You'll Do
Operate fabrication and sheet metal machinery
Measure, cut, bend and assemble sheet metal components
Read and work to technical drawings and specifications
Weld and assemble finished parts
Maintain a protected, clean work area as part of a skilled team

Shift Details

Training on Day Shift - $43.08/hr. Move to Permanent Afternoon Shift once trained - $49.54/hr. Ongoing, secure hours.

Experience in fabrication, machine operating or sheet metal work (Essential)
