Key responsibilities
Managing purchase and sale matters
Preparing and reviewing contracts
Speaking with clients, agents, brokers, banks and other conveyancers
Ordering and reviewing property searches
Preparing settlement figures and adjustments
Preparing and managing PEXA workspaces
Completing Revenue NSW and stamp duty requirements
Following up documents and outstanding matters
Keeping clients updated throughout their matter
Making sure key dates and deadlines are met
About you
Experience in residential conveyancing
Strong attention to detail
Valuable organisation and time management
Ability to manage multiple files at the same time
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Friendly and skilled manner
Licensed Conveyancers should hold a current NSW Conveyancer Licence
Experience with PEXA and conveyancing software is preferred
