Integrity Therapy Services is seeking an experienced Allied Health Qualified for a predominantly Case Management role across Central West NSW. The position offers flexibility with a minimum 24 hours per week across 4 days, up to full time hours.
You will work with participants and families to understand goals, coordinate care and bring together multidisciplinary teams for transparent communication. Role may include some clinical work within your allied health discipline alongside Case Management.
