Villa Maria Unanderra, a 96 bed aged care home, is seeking a Part time Night Shift Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical nursing care with a person-centred approach. You will support a 2-night RN on the floor and lead the personal care team, following all policy guidelines.
Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA registration, understand Aged Care legislation and AN-ACC assessments, and demonstrate solid clinical knowledge with excellent communication and coaching skills.
