Uniting is seeking dedicated youth workers to support young people living in our residential homes in Hamilton. You will be a hands-on, compassionate presence, helping young people feel protected, valued, and understood while upholding dignity, privacy and independence.
The role offers a diverse roster including night, sleepover, afternoon, and weekend shifts, with a robust emphasis on respectful relationships and community impact. Training and development are provided.
