IRT Group in NSW seeks a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join IRT Sarah Claydon and deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents. You will work with a cooperative team, assess needs, and develop care plans to support health and wellbeing.
You will administer medications, monitor health, lead infection prevention, and mentor care staff. Full time 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday , with a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly rate.
