Bespoke Workforce Solutions is a family owned and operated company based in Brisbane. We currently assist multiple NDIS Providers in Queensland from the Gold Coast to Townsville, who are looking for staffing solutions within their business. We aim to provide outstanding service not only to our clients but to our employees as well. Current positions available to join an existing team
2 x Experienced Support Workers based in Bellbird Park

Must have Experience & Qualifications
Dementia support, experience is essential to this role.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multigenerational family setting will be highly regarded.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and undergo a criminal record check.
Valid Australian driver's license and access to a registered and reliable vehicle with fully comprehensive insurance.
Current First Aid + CPR certificate.
Blue Card, Yellow Card.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Compassion, patience, and respect shown to clients at all times is a must.

Tasks & responsibilities




Adherence to Care Plan and Routines set out for the participant
Assisting with personal care, such as daily hygiene, getting dressed and assisting with any dispensation of medicines.
Helping with household chores, such as cooking, laundry and cleaning.
Accurate shift notes and records kept on the client and passed onto team members as required.

Advantages
Immediate starts available (after successful interview with key stakeholders and a buddy shift)
Rostered shifts two weeks in advance.

Set shift times on offer are

Monday to Friday ($35.15 - $38.67)
Day 5 am - 8 am
Evening 4 pm - 9 pm

Saturday and Sunday ($49.21 - $63.27)
Day 5 am - 12 pm
Evening 5 pm - 9 pm
please note - if successful you will be able to select Day, Evening or a combination of shifts working in conjunction with another team member . Shift swaps will be allowed with prior approval.

will exceed 76 hours per fornight in total between employers
are unable to give suitable references
can only work Saturday and Sunday
cannot make this role your primary employment
