Key responsibilities
Operating machinery on residential and commercial sites (Excavators, posi tracks, loaders)
Assisting with bulk and detailed excavations, foundations, drainage and general earthworks
Supporting onsite tasks, sequencing, safety, and quality control
Working on architect-designed homes and specialised commercial civil packages
About you
Well-presented with qualified mindset
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to operate machine efficiently and safely
Ability to read and interpret plans (training available)
Robust work ethic and attention to detail
Pride in workmanship and teamwork
Experience in civil or ground-works is an advantage but not essential
