About the Role
An exciting prospect exists for an Accounts Payable & Billing Officer to join the finance function of a top-tier global professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities
Process and monitor invoices to ensure accurate and timely submission
Investigate and resolve billing queries, exceptions and invoice rejections
Maintain accurate financial records, rates and system data
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Support reporting, compliance activities and process improvement initiatives

About You
Experience in accounts payable, billing, finance administration or a similar role




Solid attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
Proactive approach with solid problem-solving capabilities
